Stretch & Strengthen – Blended classes of stretch, balance, body weight exercises and yoga moves. These classes are designed to improve flexibility, mobility and strength in the core, hips and upper body. Improved muscular recruitment and increased range of movement improves posture, recovery and return to performance post injury or surgery, better manages ailments and reduces the chances of injury.

For riders, these classes improve your proprioception in the saddle, dressage and jumping position and effectiveness of the aids; ultimately optimising performance.
